Deadlines:

Do not confuse your Hotel Reservation with your Delegate Registration

Delegate Registrations Deadline - All registrations for Convention Delegates, Alternates, and Advisors MUST be received at Detachment Headquarters by May 1, 2026

Hotel Reservations – Deadline: Thursday, April 13, 2026, through the Hotel

Other housing arrangements will need to be made, we apologize for the inconvenience.



Registration

Registration of attendees will be held Friday, May 15th between 4:00 and 6:00 pm and Saturday morning, May 16th between 8:00 and 9:00 am. Each attendee must register individually at the designated registration table. All registrations must be on the proper form and the registration fee is $5.00 per person, to be included with the registration form.
